This fee is used for review of your credentials and payment method is paid through paypal after submit button below. Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance. Due to the large volume of submissions, we review your work online, through websites, job pictures you send and e mail only. We ONLY accept digital submissions for review and will let you know when we are in the review process.
